Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Each item may have slight variations, tiny imperfections, texture differences, or small handmade details that make every piece unique and are not considered defects.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right, including sending a replacement if approved.
