By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing from Melo Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read everything carefully before ordering.

Product Use

Melo Labs products are sensory squishies, fidgets, stress-relief items, and collectible sensory products. They are not food, not edible, and not meant to be bitten, chewed, swallowed, cut open, or used in any way other than gentle sensory play.

Products may include soft materials such as PU foam, TPR, latex, rubber-like materials, gel-filled materials, slime/putty textures, sand-filled materials, sticky coatings, fuzzy coatings, handmade fillings, glued seams, painted surfaces, or other delicate sensory materials.

All products must be used with care. Do not puncture, tear, over-stretch, twist aggressively, stab, cut, bite, pull apart, freeze, microwave, burn, soak unless the product says it is washable, or expose to high heat.

Age Warning

Most Melo Labs products are recommended for ages 14+ or 16+ depending on the item. Some products may not be suitable for children due to small parts, sticky materials, filling, delicate seams, or required careful handling.

Products are not intended for children under 3 years old. Keep all products away from babies, toddlers, pets, and anyone who may bite, chew, or swallow parts of the item.

Adult supervision is recommended for younger users. By purchasing, you agree that you are responsible for choosing age-appropriate products and supervising use when needed.

Handmade + Product Variation Notice

Many Melo Labs products are handmade, hand-filled, hand-painted, hand-finished, or made through small-batch production. Because of this, each item may look or feel slightly different.

Normal product variations may include, but are not limited to: small bubbles, tiny marks, glue marks, seams, sealed “belly button” areas, trimming marks, uneven paint, uneven filling, slight color differences, texture differences, minor scuffs, small dents, slight tackiness, small wrinkles, surface lines, or small shape differences.

These details are normal and are not considered defects.

Product colors may also appear different in person due to lighting, camera settings, phone screens, monitor settings, or supplier photos.

Care Instructions

Customers are responsible for reading and following each product’s care instructions before use.

Different products require different care. Some items can be washed with water. Some items should only be wiped with a damp cloth. Some items should never touch water. Please follow the care instructions listed on the product page.

Melo Labs is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, water damage, heat damage, puncturing, rough squeezing, overstretching, sharp nails, pets, dirt, lint, fabric fibers, dropping, improper storage, or ignoring the product instructions.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the handmade, delicate, and hygienic nature of our products, Melo Labs does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or buyer’s remorse refunds.

This includes situations where:

  • you changed your mind

  • you ordered the wrong item

  • you do not like the texture

  • you do not like the size

  • you do not like the color

  • you expected a different feel

  • you damaged the item after opening or using it

  • you did not read the description or care instructions

Please read the full product description, care instructions, size, material, and warning details before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

  • clear photos of the packaging

  • a short explanation of the issue

If approved, Melo Labs may offer a replacement, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.

Damage caused after delivery, after opening, or from misuse is not considered an arrival defect.

Shipping

Processing times and shipping times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unexpected issues.

Melo Labs is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Melo Labs is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for paying shipping again.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Melo Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, apartment office, or mailroom if your package says delivered but cannot be found.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes can be made. This includes changes to product choice, quantity, address, shipping method, or cancellation requests.

Fulfillment & Packaging Notice

Melo Labs works with trusted production and fulfillment partners to carefully package and ship orders directly to customers. Because products may ship from different fulfillment locations, packaging, labeling, protective wrapping, or outer shipping materials may occasionally vary depending on the product and shipping method used at the time of fulfillment.

Some items may arrive in protective packaging, generic packaging, or without decorative retail boxes in order to help prevent damage during transit.

While packaging styles may vary, all products are selected, reviewed, and approved to meet Melo Labs quality standards before being offered through our store.

Shipping times may also vary depending on product availability, fulfillment location, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volume periods.

By purchasing from Melo Labs, you understand and agree that packaging presentation, external wrapping, and fulfillment methods may differ between orders and products.

Product Safety

Do not eat or chew any Melo Labs product.

Keep away from fire, high heat, sharp objects, pets, small children, and rough surfaces.

If a product breaks, leaks, tears, or becomes damaged, stop using it immediately and dispose of it safely.

Melo Labs is not responsible for injury, damage, allergic reactions, misuse, messes, stains, or damage to personal belongings caused by improper use of any product.

Allergy + Material Notice

Products may contain or come into contact with materials such as latex, TPR, PU foam, rubber-like materials, glue, paint, coating, plastic packaging, slime/putty materials, scents, or fillings.

If you have allergies or sensitivities, please read the product description carefully before ordering. Do not purchase or use products that may contain materials you are sensitive to.

Website Information

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, photos, and availability, but errors may happen.

Melo Labs reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, cancel orders, change pricing, update policies, or remove products at any time.

Intellectual Property

All Melo Labs branding, photos, product descriptions, website text, logos, graphics, and content belong to Melo Labs unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reuse, repost, resell, or claim Melo Labs content as your own without permission.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website or our products for illegal, harmful, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

You also agree not to interfere with the website, copy our content, submit false information, or attempt to harm the store or business.

Agreement

By purchasing from Melo Labs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including our final sale policy, care instructions, product variation notice, and safety warnings.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase.
