Thank you for shopping with Melo Labs. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, restocks, fulfillment delays, or unexpected circumstances.

Some products are handmade, hand-finished, or prepared individually, which may slightly affect processing times.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Melo Labs works with trusted fulfillment partners and suppliers to package and ship orders directly to customers. Because products may ship from different fulfillment locations, packaging styles, labels, protective wrapping, and shipping materials may vary between orders.

Some items may arrive in generic or protective packaging to help prevent damage during transit.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • shipping carrier delays

  • customs processing

  • weather conditions

  • holidays

  • high shipping volume

  • fulfillment location

  • incorrect shipping addresses

  • international transit delays

Please understand that some orders may arrive earlier or later than expected depending on carrier conditions outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear, as carriers may take time to scan and update packages.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Melo Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • additional shipping fees may apply

  • original shipping fees are non-refundable

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Melo Labs is not responsible for:

  • lost packages

  • stolen packages

  • delayed deliveries

  • carrier transit issues

  • missing mail after delivery confirmation

If your tracking says delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly and check with neighbors, household members, apartment offices, or mailrooms.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

  • clear photos of the packaging

  • photos of the damage

If approved, we may offer a replacement or another resolution at our discretion.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.

Melo Labs is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional fees charged after shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, cancellations or order changes are not guaranteed.

Please carefully review your:

  • shipping address

  • selected products

  • order details
    before completing checkout.
